Biography:

Fan Wu is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his B.S. in Computer Science from Nanjing University in 2004, and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2009. He has visited the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) as a Post Doc Research Associate. His research interests include wireless networking and mobile computing, data management, algorithmic network economics, and privacy preservation. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers in technical journals and conference proceedings. He is a recipient of the first class prize for Natural Science Award of China Ministry of Education, NSFC Excellent Young Scholars Program, ACM China Rising Star Award, CCF-Tencent ``Rhinoceros bird'' Outstanding Award, and CCF-Intel Young Faculty Researcher Program Award. He has served as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing and ACM Transactions on Sensor Networks, an area editor of Elsevier Computer Networks, and as the member of technical program committees of more than 90 academic conferences.

Biography:

Prof. Yinquan Yu, Director of Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining, East China Jiaotong University. Research areas and main achievements: Smart Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), Machine Health Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis, Mechatronics and Robotics, Shock Absorption and Noise Reduction of High-speed and High-precision Equipment, Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining,In the past 10 years, more than 30 papers have been published in the international journals related to IEEE & ASME, Served as the reviewer of the peer-reviewed of several SCI international journals. Appointed as project leader and had been Participated in the completion of 13 ASTAR & DSO funded research project. 5 Software Copyright Awards, 7 Foreign Patent Authorizations. Two of these patents were purchased by MARVELL, the largest chipmaker in the United States.
